Auto Air Conditioning & Heater Repair: auto air conditioning, auto air conditioning, vent air

Question
91 ford explorer.  Has new comp, orifice tube, hoses and dryer.  vent air does not blow cold enough.  Hot day stats: ambient temp 80 f   high side 275  low side 32   clutch on all the time     24 oz r-12.  do you think it needs more freon?  Does too much compressor oil cause poor vent temps?  Has little bit of frost on the evap inlet tube but the evap outlet tube does not sweat and is not very cold.
Cold day stats      ambient temp 65   high side 190 low side 26  clutch cycles 7 per minute     4 off and 6 on     thanks for any help

Answer
did you drain out the old oil from the old compressor and measure how much came out ?.

Then you empty out all of the oil from the new compressor and add ONLY the exact amount into the new compressor that you got out of the old compressor.

sounds like you have to much oil in the system
