Answer -
Tell me EXACTLY what you did when you did your conversion and EXACTLY how much refrigerant oil and freon did you put in the system.

Tell me EVERYTHING, STEP BY STEP, of what you did.

I got a kit with new retrofiting and put the new reptrofiting in the compresor, After I did that I took the car to a shop and they plug it to a  machine and vaccun the system and put the oil and put in R-134a in it.
it did not get very cool in idle tempeture is 76 and in high idle is 68, I ask them to put it back to R-12 and they told me that I will have to change the entire system for a new one that it could not be change Back
to R-12 after having R-134a in it.

Answer
If you had read the instructions and warnings on this conversion kit, It states on the paperwork that you will lose 20% of your cooling efficiency when you convert a R-12 system to a R-134 system.

Therefore if your center vent temperature was, let's say 48 degrees with the R-12 in it.

Now with the R-134 in it your vent temp will be 57.60 degrees.

And NO you cannot convert it back to the original R-12 system as you will have to pretty much replace numerous components and with the labor and the HUGE cost of the R-12 this would cost you about $1500.00 to do it.

However, A really good A/C facility MAY BE able to get your vent temp down to 54 or 55 degrees without spending all this money and keeping the R-134 system in it.

ALWAYS READ the instructions, BEFORE you make any changes.
