Auto Air Conditioning & Heater Repair: 1997 Breeze A/C doesnt work, c button, freon

Question
When I press the A/C button the A/C light comes on but the compressor doesn't kick on.  I checked the blue wire going to the compressor (only wire) with a probe current tester and it doesn't light up for current.  Help???

Most likely either the A/C system has a LEAK and is low on freon and the PRESSURE CYCLING SWITCH is preventing the compressor from engaging of which is what it is designed to do when you have low freon.

Or if you have a full charge of freon, It is possible that the PRESSURE CYCLING SWITCH is faulty.
