Auto Air Conditioning & Heater Repair: A/C flow and vents, chevy beretta, vent system

Question
I have a 95 Chevy Beretta w/a 3.1 engine, I've checked all kinds of location, need to know what or where is the vaccum supplied from to operate the doors in the vent system, when I turn the a/c knobs through all ranges no doors open or close, seems like the heater is mixed with a/c while turned on. Just replaced the compressor and dryer, has right reading on gauges.

Vacuum starts from the engine, Goes thru the firewall up into the control panel, back to the programmer and then onto the vent door controllers.
