I have a 1995 neon 2.0 sohc is the a/c clutch somethig I can replace with hand tools? Do I have to disconnect the refridgerant lines? I'm assuming the clutch is bad because I can't turn tit by hand.
Answer -
Replacement of the clutch requires SPECIAL TOOLS to remove and install the clutch and bearing assembly.

Most larger auto parts stores carry the REMOVAL and INSTALLER tools for the clutch assembly.

BEFORE you remove the clutch assembly from the compressor, measure the spacing (AIR GAP) between the clutch assembly and the compressor magnetic plate with a FEELER GAGE as this AIR GAP MUST be set EXACTLY upon re-installation of the clutch.
