Auto Air Conditioning & Heater Repair: no low speeds, dodge dealers, dodge stratus

i have a 97 dodge stratus  and the high speed on the blower fan works fine, but we have no low speeds at all.  we have checked the fuse that it says in manuel.  is there another fuse that they are not telling about?  or is the switch bad or any other parts you might know of?

Your problem is a failure of the:

BLOWER FAN RESISTOR MODULE that controls the speed of your interior A/C-Heater blower fan.

This is a fairly common part failure and is usually ONLY available thru your local dodge dealers parts department.

Take this information with you to order the part so as the parts person knows what your asking for.
