Auto Air Conditioning & Heater Repair: 1990 Chrysler Imp. heat, heater control valve, elcamino

Hi
I have a 1990 Chrysler Imp. with that auntomatic temp control....When I went to turn the heat on this past weekend the air coming out the vents were barely warm....not sure if there is a temp. sensor thing in this car or what....I looked at the heater control valve and it seemed to be working fine...arm moves back and forth...

Are BOTH heater hoses HOT to the touch at normal operating temperature of the engine ?.

What mechanical work of any kind has been performed on the vehicle within the last year ?.

Most probable fault would be with the A/C-Heater control module.
