I have a 1994 ford escort lx wagon. about two weeks ago it just stopped working, I had an electrical diagnostic performed, and the rest of the electrical system is fine. I checked the refrigerant levels and they are fine also. It appears that the fan that blows the hot/cold air is just not blowing. What could this be, what should I check, and is it something that could be self-repaired?

I don't understand the 2 part question !. First you start out saying : "about two weeks ago IT just stopped working. WHAT STOPPED WORKING.?
