Auto Air Conditioning & Heater Repair: 1990 thunderbird heater takes a long time to heat, thunderbird sc, vacuum lines

Question
Hello, I bought a 1990 thunderbird sc for my son this summer. It is a well cared for one owner with 78,000 miles. My problem is in the heat system, the car takes a long time to blow hot air. The engine temp gauge is reading in the normal range well before the heater is blowing warm air. I replaced the thermostat but It didnt do trick I have no condensation in the car so I dont think I have a problem with the heater core. Are there vacumn switches on this model or do you have any Ideas? Thank you

Answer
lOOK UNDER THE HOOD AND LOCATE both HEATER HOSES WHERE THE ATTACH TO THE HEATER CORE AT THE FIREWALL.

oNE OF THE HOSES HAS A vavle IN IT THAT HAS 2 ELECTRICAL WIRES AND 2 VACUUM LINES going to it.
