Question -
The blower stopped running at all speeds when the
Fan control on the dash is used. However it will run at a very low speed when the the control for the A/C is switched to Norm or Bilevel.  There does not appear to be electricity to the blower resistor when only the fan control is on.
IS there a fuse some where besides the fuse panel,
I looked there and did not find one. Any Ideas?
Thanks!

Unfortunately I have NO CLUE what-so-ever as to what your problem could be with your vehicle.

You did not give me ANY information as to YEAR, MAKE, MODEL, MANUALLY CONTROLLED A/C-HEAT or ELECTRONICALLY CONTROLLED A/C-HEAT or any past repair history.

I Need information.

autohelp

It's a 1991 chevy Astro  with  manually controlled A/C Heater,  I have not made any previous repairs to the A/C-Heating system.

Thanks!

using a METER and by what method did you use to
         test it ?

         panel ?.

Answer: Not that I am aware of.

Question:You stated:I have not made any previous repairs to

performed on the vehicle PRIOR to this current
