I have a 1999 mercury villager.The air was working fine during the day,on the way home it wasent cold and then I smelled something smokey.Like if someone put water on a camp fire.I smelled that smell after turning the air on.

OK, So exactly what is your problem ?. is he A/C working OK or what are you asking for ?.
