Auto body repair & detailing: Steering wheel replacement, plymouth neon, steering wheel

Question
I have a 2001 Plymouth Neon.  The piece that holds the ignition switch cylinder is broke.  How do I remove the steering wheel with airbag and remove this piece off the steering column.  (I already have the replacement parts on a used steering column).

If you already have the used assembly, the air bag should be included with it.  
Remove the steering wheel from the column and the bolts and wires for the air bag replacement are on the back side of the steering wheel
