Auto body repair & detailing: new headlights, adjustment screws, dodge neon

Question
i just bought new euro lights for my 2000 dodge neon, i was putting in a pair of foglites for my body kit, so i had to remove the headlights. My friend suggested doing it thru the headlites(foglights) so i took the headlites out. it all didnt work out so i went back to just putting in the fog lites. i got them in. Now the problem is my headlites the bulbs on them when im driving at night the lights seem like there facing down when im driving, im not sure if i put them in upside down or what, if i got somethg in the headlight itself. i just wanna know why my bulb isnt lighting up anythg but looks like its pointing toward the ground so i cant see anythg at night?

Answer
This is a difficult question to answer with out looking at the car. Check all of the adjustment screws and make sure that they are at the factory setting. Also, the bulb can only go in one way and should not be a problem. Make sure all the mounting flaps are in front of the body tabs.
