Auto body repair & detailing: BB gun bullet hole :(, 2009 dodge ram, gun bullet

Hi.  I have a 2009 Dodge Ram.  I was driving and received a bb gun bullet dent in the driver side back door.  At the time it sounded like I just ran something over.  So there is a dent, puncture or whatever you want to call it and the paint is chipped.  Maybe about 1/2 inch or inch width.  Is this fixable? do I need to get a whold new door? Thanks in advance.  My brand new truck too...but I am more upset thinking that I could have been shot. Some people's kids, I tell ya! Have a good night.

Hello! i would absolutely just have this small imperfection fixed- you don't need a new door or anything so drastic. Sorry to hear someone shot your Ram with a pellet gun. If there is no hole, it was a BB- if there's a hole, your car was actually shot with a bullet. it could have been a bullet at long range, or a ricochet. You need to find better neighborhoods to drive through. Bill
