Auto body repair & detailing: 1995 Silverado Door Alignment, chevy c1500, door hinges

I have a 1995 Chevy C1500 Silverado standard cab. The passenger door appears out of alignment being "in" at the top (1/4"). Door hinges are welded and appear non adjustable. Ay idea how to align?

Also am unable to get new (cowl) hood to align properly, is high in front, any remedy?  Again, appears no adjustment in hinges for this.

Your help is greatly appreciated!!!

David..... I am going to assume a lot here.....door closes good with no issues.

Roll down the door window and open the door
place knee on outside edge of door and pull top of door out.....don't dent the door with the knee.

Hood.....closes ok but high in front...

Open hood and look on fender edges for a small round rubber piece on both sides...these are
your hood adjustments....screw them in until hood is good.
