Auto body repair & detailing: Door Alignment, chevy c1500, radiator support

Question
I have a 1995 Chevy C1500 Silverado standard cab. The passenger door appears out of alignment being "in" at the top (1/4"). Door hinges are welded and appear non adjustable. Ay idea how to align?

Also am unable to get new (cowl) hood to align properly, is high in front, any remedy?  Again, appears no adjustment in hinges for this.

Your help is greatly appreciated!!!

Answer
Your door needs new hinge pins and bushings, I've replaced literally hundreds of sets of them on your particular truck type. To align the hood, you will probably need to wallow out the holes in the striker bracket, allowing the hood to sit down farther. If it needs to go left or right, you will need to loosen the radiator support mount bolts, and jack the radiator support over. You will need to loosen the fender bolts on top of the cowl, but let the ones in the door jamb alone.
