Answer
Hi Perry,

Blending Acrylic Enamel paint is quite a trick. The only way to do it is to over thin the paint with enamel reducer and use multiple coats. Start the first coat over just the repair area and with the second coat over what you have already sprayed and even a bit further than where you went on the first coat.  Do each coat thereafter the same way until you get color coverage and then apply a couple more coats to have something to sand and buff. Allow ample dry time between coats and remember to use a hardener (Acrylic Enamel quality) in your paint. After it has cured for 2-3 days take a 2000 grit sand paper and wet sand the repair down until each coat blends in and looks uniform. Then run a buffer over the area using a fine grit compound and then a machine polish to bring out the gloss.
