Auto body repair & detailing: removing spray paint, overspray, spray paint removal

My question is my car was spray painted on the driver side door and window. what is the best possible way to remove and not damage my car's finish. vehicle in question is 2005 Chevy Cavalier.

Hi Roman,

There are several ways you can do it. Option 1, use a slow grade urethane reducer. You should be able to get it at any automotive paint store or maybe even an auto parts store that sells paint. Option 2, you can try fingernail polish remover. This should work but not as well the urethane reducer. Option 3, is using Paint & Overspray Removal Wipes. These are by far the best option. However, they must be used with caution. Once the graffiti is removed you must wash the area to neutralize the active ingredient.
