Auto body repair & detailing: Fixing Paint Transfer?, lacquer thinner, auto body supply

Question
I drive a 1994 Toyota truck (I believe it's a Toyota Pickup, but I'm not 100% sure on that).

Earlier today, I accidentally backed into a pole, and there was paint transfer damage on the back bumper.  It's only a small area, and as far as I can tell there are no dents or scratches - just some paint transfer.

It looks to me that red paint from the pole transferred onto the bumper, and a little bit of the paint from the bumper may have flaked off.

Here is a picture of the damage:

I'm fairly certain that the bumper is fiberglass, but I'm not completely sure on that.

Is there a way to fix this damage at home?  If not, do you have any idea how much it would cost to get it fixed professionally?

Thanks for the help!

Answer
Thanks for a good photo. I believe the bumper is steel and it looks like it used to be red. If it is paint transfer from the pole, try some mineral spirits first, if that does not work, try some lacquer thinner very carefully. If the bumper is scratched, go to your auto body supply store and tell them what you have. You can buy a good semi-gloss black in a spray can and they will help you with the rest, sand paper, primer ect.
