Auto body repair & detailing: BMW frame repair, bmw 318ti, four wheels

I have been looking for a fixer-upper BMW 318ti for a while and found a '96 for $400. it needs new breaks, radiator, all 4 wheels, front bumper, and frame work. The body is magnificent. maybe 2 small spots of rust that i could easily get rid of. and i can get all the parts i need for around $1000 because i get a disount from where i work. The frame is bent pretty good but its not REALLY bad.it runs great and the interior is beautiful. do you think with the work it needs that it would be a good idea to buy it for $400?

Something like this is only worth what somebody will pay for it. It sounds to me like the car has had very little care. The car is wrecked and all four wheels need brakes and rotors? Be careful, if this is what you want and are willing to keep it for a while, fine. I would have a body shop come look at it and give you a price on repairing the frame first.
