Auto body repair & detailing: rear quarter panel, rear quarter panel, quarter panel

Question
I am thinking of purchasing a 97 park avenue for 850.00. the rear axle is bent slightly, and the quarter panel is touching the tire. I would like to know if it is worth the 850.00. I have a 97 but there is similar panel damage to the right passenger side, and it has about 85k more miles than the one i am looking at. Is it worth me selling mine to get that other one repaired? And how much would it cost?

Answer
It doesn't have a rear axle, it has a strut which will cost in the neighborhood of $300.00 to replace and align the wheels. I can not see the quarter so take it to a body shop to be checked out. If the car has that much damage, you should be able to buy it real cheap or the seller would fix it first, then sell it.
