Auto body repair & detailing: Front end repair, original equipment manufacturer, honda parts
wreck2
Hey Mike;
I rear ended a pickup that had it's tailgate down. The car was drivable and I'm assuming there was no serious frame
damage as the car went 55mph to the shop with no symptoms
of running gear misalignment. I've recieved 2 estimates,
one for $5k and one for $5500. Are they inline with the
damage in they attached pics?
Thanks, Tom

Answer
Yes, they pretty much on the money. I see some internal damage and a lot of cosmetic damage. Paint is very expensive, OEM Honda parts are very expensive, especially those headlights. Make sure if you pay for OEM, that you get OEM. (Original Equipment Manufacturer) Some shops might charge for OEM and install a cheap after market replacement. Most of those are good, but some are not.
