the clearcoat is peeling on the bed hard cover; is there a quick fix or do i need to have the clearcoat completely removed then reapplied?

Answer
The gel coat is peeling on the hard cover- unless you had it painted to match your truck. No easy fix here, it needs the attention of someone who knows how to deal with peeling fiberglass. When these are built, they have a sort of reverse paint jop. Clear gel coat first, color coat, then the fiberglass matt or chop. Bill
