Auto body repair & detailing: Bad Car repair?, luck mark, bad car

Question
My car was in an accident. The ABS, TCF(or tfc) light and some other light came on.  Also I had some issues with the car not starting sometimes.  I took it to the body shop and they repaired it beautifully on the outside, but the lights are still on and the car wouldn't start this morning without a jump.(got the car back from body shop yesterday)  I was under the impression that they would fix all issues, including mechanic that were related to the accident.  Am I wrong?  also my car is under warranty.  Should i just take it back to the dealers full service center?  Am i still covered even though there was an accident?

The body shop should have taken care of it, if you take it back to them they should send it to the dealer themselves to have these issues resolved. They are undoubtedly related to the accident and part of the repair. If the car was in the shop for an extended duration for repairs the battery probably needs a good charging as well. Call the adjuster or appraiser from the insurance company and keep them advised of the situation and ask them for help. Good Luck! Mark
