Auto body repair & detailing: how to pull out dents, dent puller, auto parts store

Question
Can a dent be pulled or pushed out from the inside of the car by removing the door panel? If so how? If not how can I pull a dent my self? Thanks

     yes a dent can be poped out from the inside if it is in an area that can be reached from in side. you could use a hammer and a block of wood or maybe a pry bar . if you can't get to it from the inside then you would have to use a screw in type dent puller, where you would drill a 1/8 inch hole and screw in the dent puller an pop it out. you can get a dent puller from an auto parts store. thanks for writing.
