Auto Glass: driverside window motor, power window

The motor and the switch have both replaced on the drivers side and the window works exactly as it should  right up until the panel is put back together and reassembled. then it quits. Any suggestions?

Hi Tony,

Please operate the switch with the door closed and with the door partially opened and then with the door completely opened.  Send me a follow up question with the results and also tell me the make, model, and year of the vehicle.
