none of the windos on this van were working. My husband canged the motor on the drivers door and now the driver and passangers windows work. But the backones r still not working  im wondering if the backones have a rear motor>?

Hi Mayra,

There are separate motors/actuators for each of the rear windows on your Windstar.  They are located under the trim panels in the rear cargo area.  If you go to the EBAY website and do a search for "2001 Windstar rear window motor" you will find pictures and prices for the motors/actuators.  Before you go to the expense of buying and replacing the motors you should be sure that the switches are working properly.
