Auto Glass: 1996 Camry - no windows work, toyota camry, fuse box

Question
hey i usually pretty good when it comes to cars but my friends car has me stumped..anyway she has a 96 toyota camry and none of the windows move but the door locks work...and she just replaced the master window switch on driver side and still nothing changed and i took off bottom dash and checked the fuses and they are still good but i seen three relay looking pieces on the back side of that fuse box. was told to change the power window relay but i dont know which of the three is the power window relay or is it in another location. i already checked under hood and no slot for power windows in relay and fuse box plz help me.

Answer
Hello Tristen,

I am not an expert when it comes to sophisticated electrical system issues so I can't give you the answer you requested.  However, I doubt very much that the problem has anything to do with the relays.  On this vintage of Camry it is not that uncommon for the wires that run between the body of the car and the driver door to break after years of flexing each time the door is opened and closed.  My guess is that you have no power going into the master window switch.  I suggest you look at that possibility before you do anything else.
