Auto Glass: 80 series Landcruiser Wagon Side Slinding Windows, landcruiser glass

Question
G'day

I have one of the two side rear sliding windows smashed. I have replacement widow and latch, and I have cleaned up the tracks and mess from the smashed one, but I cannot work out how to get the "frame" out so I can slip the glass in and replace. Any ideas would be appreciated!

Cheers
