Auto Parts: 1991 GEO Prizm cooling fan switch, radiator cooling fan, 1991 geo prizm

I replaced a radiator on my 1991 GEO Prizm and also need to install a new radiator cooling fan switch.  My old radiator was "52451159"  which used a special cooling fan switch.  I am unable to get it from local auto shops.  
Where can I order this cooling fan switch?  
Where can I order a new cooling fan switch with an attached socket/plug and wires?  So, I can connect to the existing wires and install it in my new radiator.

    Every book I consult just lists one radiator fan switch for these cars.  Several manufacturers make it.  If you are saying that your old fan switch won't fit in the new radiator then that's a problem.  If you don't have the old switch for comparison, then you will have to do something else.  Your best bet for finding a switch and the connector would be the local Toyota dealer.  They are pretty good about getting parts for older models.  Your car is basically just a Toyota Corolla with a different trim package and badges.  Write down the engine number (on the underhood emissions sticker) and go in and tell them it's a Corolla.  If they really question you admit that it's a Prizm and you need their help.  They should take care of you, especially if you promise to come back to them next time you need something.
