Answer
Keeping in mind that you are not going to be buying them from me, and that any good mechanic is going to charge you a lot more for them than you would pay if you bought them yourself:  $30 for the T-stat, $90 for a rebuilt water pump, and $50 for a good quality timing belt.  If you are doing the work yourself and shop around you might even get them for a little less.  But keep in mind that, if you are getting this job done by a pro, and he is supplying the parts (no good mechanic would allow you to bring your own parts for such a job; if your guy says it's Okay then you should run for the hills), he is going to have to mark these parts up to a margin of at least 40%, meaning adding 66% to the his cost.  If he doesn't get this in addition to his labor, he will go out of business very quickly.  Also keep in mind that prices at auto parts stores vary from region to region.  I only know about the mid-Atlantic metro area.  I know for a fact that there are areas not that far away where they are cheaper, and some where they cost more.
