F7DF-12A650-VC I have to replace the F7DF-12A650-VC ECM of my 1997 Taurus LX, the identificatin number that appears in the label sticked to the original part differs in the last two characters of the ones that i have found in the net (vc). Is there any problem with it?, Where can i find it?

    The number you need is not the Ford part number, which is what you have there, but the other number on the tag; ML2-30A.  Using that number, at any good parts store, you should be able to get the right ECM, which will still need to be flashed with the current version of the software (Ford makes changes to the software all the time, even on 12 year-old cars).
