Auto Parts: 96 Honda Compatibility, salvage yard, honda accord

Hi,

My son ran into a trailer hitch and bent the frame on his '96 Honda Accord LX
4 door, 4 cylinder card.  He also wrecked the A/C Condensor, Radiator,
Bumper Cover, Bumper Reinforcement.  I would like to go to a junk yard to
get the parts needed to repair his car.  How can I tell what model years for
the accord are compatible with his car?

    Sounds like he did more than just run into a trailer hitch.  Anyway, if you are going to a salvage yard to get those parts, they have a set of books there which will tell exactly what parts can substituted for your damaged ones.  I would, on the other hand, recommend that you don't replace the radiator or the condenser (especially the condenser) with used parts.  Go to the local parts store or, better yet, radiator wholesaler (there's a bunch of them all over the country) and buy new ones.  They won't leak and won't be full of 13 years of crud.
