    The first suggestion that I have is the Mercedes dealer.  Unlike other manufacturers, Mercedes still keeps a stock of parts for all of its vehicles going back to WWII.  If it turns out that they have used up the supply of these for your car and are making no more, try a used parts specialist such as Potomac Used Auto Parts in Frederick, MD.  Their phone number is (301)428-8239.  They ship all across the country and have a very large stock; plus I know the owner and he is a good guy and a good fisherman.  If dealing with him isn't convenient, I'm sure you could find a similar specialist close to where you live.
