Auto Parts: sbc heads, intake runners, bottom of the barrel

I am building a gen 1 sbc for my nova and I am finding it very hard to pick the right heads. I know i want 64cc chambers and 200cc intake runners and my compression is going to be about 10.2-1. I plan on running a cam that is about 2500-6500 rpms  I don't want to spend a huge amount of money on them but I also don't want some that won't flow very well. any suggestions?

I feel like you want the best of everything at bottom-of-the-barrel prices.  I can tell you from experience that is generally not going to happen.

Have you looked at any of the World Products heads?  A quick call to them should have you pointed in the right direction.
