will a 1994 350 engine from a buik roadmaster fit into my 1991 chevy 1500?

Yes it will fit just fine.  The motor you're speaking of out of the Roadmaster is an LT1 engine.  I happen to own one of those right now.  Optisparks can be trouble at times and expensive to repair, but other than that the motor is a bulletproof small-block chevy.  You will need the PCM out of the donor car.
