Auto Parts: 1999 Mercury Cougar, 1999 mercury cougar, positive crankcase ventilation

I have a Y shaped rubber connection that is in the service manual for a 1999 Mercury Cougar.  It is on the positive crankcase ventilation hoses.  
The markings on the hose is DO5WAECO1236.  I can not seem to get any help to find this part.  I have been looking for 3 months.  No Mercury dealer will help me find the part.  The dimension are two 1" IDs and one 3/4" ID.  It looks like it was molder since it has a parting line.  The part is about 3" X 3.5".  Please help me!!!!!

Sometimes manufacturers discontinue parts and they're no longer available, therefore you have to rely on the aftermarket to continue making the parts you need.

In your case, I'd get creative with parts to make what you need.  However, I'd think you'd still be able to get the part you need through the dealer since your vehicle isn't all that old.  Have you tried any local Ford dealers or other Ford/Mercury dealers in your area?
