Auto Parts: 1994 Chevy G20 Sport Van, chevy g20, upper control arm

Question
I am trying to find out the name of a piece of my frame/upper control arm that needs replaced.
It is the piece that connects the upper control arm to the frame on the drivers side. I have been told that it MIGHT be called the "Upper control arm shelf" but I am not sure if that is what it is called.

Also, would you know where I would go to get a replacement piece?
