Auto Parts: Parts Source, chevy cavalier, wing nuts

I have 1991 Chevy Cavalier. The two wing nuts that secure the air filter cover are missing. I have tried every auto parts store, hardware store and junk yard in town but no luck. Any idea where I might buy the wing nuts?
