Auto Parts: 99 ranger window crank w/ broke screw, broken screw, screw out

Question
How or what do I do to get a broken screw out of the door portion.  Went to repair place and they tried and now it has an offset hole between the thread portion and the screw retaining portion.  Want to replace the window crank, and don't know what to do next.
