Auto Parts: jack tools, dodge ram 2500, salvage yards

i purchased a 1999 dodge ram 2500 Cummins and found that it doesn't have the factory jack tools including the tool to lower the spare tire do you know if there is a place were i could purchase them online I've looked around wear i live and cant find them at any salvage yards or on ebay or in LMC catalogs any help you can give me will be appreciated. thank you
