Auto Parts: finding a location for the rear window washer compresor, subaru outback, subaru models

the rear window washer on my 2001 subaru outback won't spray any water. i was told the compressor was bad. where is it?

Hi Bob,

Most of the time it is attached to the bottom of the reservoir under the hood or where ever you fill it.

Most Subaru models have two pumps attached to a single reservoir under the hood and it uses a hose to take the washer fluid to the rear of the car.
