Will a am/fm cd radio from a 1998 dodge caravan fit into a 1999 Ford F-350? Thanks

Fit into? Probably. Making it function will be more difficult.

I know there are aftermarket companies out there that make adapters that change most vehicle wiring harnesses from the factory-plug to the plug of your aftermarket-style audio/video device but I'm not certain if they have adapters that will adapt a Mopar radio plug into a Ford harness.
