Would you happen to know where the injection pump on an '82 c10 diesel pickup is located?  Its a 6.2 diesel.  Thanks for any help.

Hi Brooks,

Your vehicle has two fuel pumps, a supply and an injection pump. The supply pump is typically located inside or very close to the fuel cell and the injection pump is typically mounted to the intake manifold. Be aware that there are several different styles of inj. pumps for that series truck. You'll need to know the 8th digit of your VIN in order to get the correct style.
