Can I replace the PCM on my 2000 Ford Focus with the exact ID number used unit without having it "flashed" by a dealer?Also will my ignition keys still work? If not can I exchange the "prom" chips to make it work? Thanks

As far as I know you can use the same without it being flashed. But please don't quote me. As far as the keys go, you will have to have the dealership reprogram them. However, I have heard of forums on the net where they can help you with the program codes specific to your vehicle. I hope this was enough info and Happy Holidays.
