Car Alarms: 1995 infiniti j30 wont start beause of the anti theft

today at a red light my car just shut off and will not start now. the hazard lights came on at that time. i was told by a mechanic that it was the anti theft system. how can i get my car running again i have the key-less remote but i dont have the original key w chip. i have a cut key

you have to find the alarm and remove it, the 1995 infinity didn't have a factory alarm only
not ignition, kill  
Also the chip on the key have nothing to do, open the drivers door with the key to disarme the alarm  or open the trunk with the key
