Car Alarms: keyless remote system

QUESTION: i hv a 1995 toyota camry le that i jus brought, it has a alarm system on it but i hv no remote, it has security light and a toggle swich under the dash..toyots dealership cldnt help me im trying to find a keyless remote for it, how do i determine wht type alarm system is in stalled on this car.. my vin#4T1SK12E1SU515324

ANSWER: If it's a toggle type switch found,
key on, flip switch in oposite direction,
key off.

This would be override.
Try and start the car.

Repeat these steps to go back into
arming mode when ready.

QUESTION: the response didnt answer my ? im trying to find out the type of alarm system installed in the car so i can get a remote for it, so is there anyway to find out the type of alarm system installed on the car

If you don't know the maker, and if you find the brainbox under the dash,
it might have the name brand on it. But the toggle switch tells me it's
after market, and would also be used to program a new remote.

So it's a difficult answer to give without seeing, knowing the maker and
possibly see the remote that went with it that you don't have.

You do see the difficulty? It's not the OEM alarm, it's after market.
Makes it harder to ID  it.
