Pressure Washer Pump
Generac Model 01675, Rev. #00, Type 6000CP, Serial #1007696467, GPM 2.5, PSI 2400.  Engine as stated in subject line.  A friend of mine was using the pressure washer.  All of a sudden, I saw three of the four screws (bolts??, whatever) go flying off of the pump, causing water to shoot out from the holes (I think that part is the pump, but not sure.  I have attached photo...it is the copper looking part and you can see where three "screws" are missing").  There was no longer any water pressure coming out of the wand.  Question...what to do??  If I can just replace the screws, do I also need washers or anything?  And what type of tools will I need?  Thank you so, so much for any help you can provide me with.  Natalie

Answer
Hello Natalie:

I Suggest you Carefully Remove the 4th Screw and Using it as a Guide, Purchase 3 Bolts and Washers if Used and Replace the Bolts. If this Does Not Correct the Problem, then there May be a Pressure Pump Issue. Let me Know What Happens when the 3 Bolts are Replaced. If the Problem is Not Corrected, and If you Can Not Use the Follow Up Feature for Some Reason, then Please Include the Same Information on the Pump and Engine in your Next E-Mail, Please. It Makes it Easier for me to Locate a Breakdown and See the Unit We are Talking About. Thanks. If you Hit a Snag or this Does Not Correct the Problem,  I am Here if You Require More Assistance. Hope this Helps. Let me Know What Happens, Please. May the All Mighty Bless You and Yours. Thanks.

Good Luck
