Will the micro startc2003 work on my 03 ford explorer? Will my door keypad still work after installation?

Answer
Yes it would. You would also need the
PKFM bypass kit for the PATS transponder system.

The door pad will work and the new remotes will then
be in control of them if you wire in the door
lock system as well.
