Car Alarms: Alarm keeps going off even when press disable button, nissan pathfinder, silents

I just bought a used car Nissan Pathfinder and it has aftermarket k-9 classic alarm. I had pressed the lock button while the cargo door was open. It chirped.. Then the husband closed the cargo door a few minutes later and then it chirped some more. It sounded like it was armed . I went to open the door and press thr unlock button and the doors open but the Alarm keeps going off even when press disable button. I tried pressing the other buttons but it still going off. The alarm silents after about 90 seconds. How do I get my alarm back to normal?
